It boils down to values.
When Jay came to understand how to utilize his God-given talents, that’s when the door opened to something he had always aspired to achieve. To create “visuals that communicate at a high level.” That has been his goal to this day.
The focus of Jay’s differentiating core values and principles is that he is purposeful about being a leader and passionate about his craft. His personal mantra is, “You never stop being creative.”
There are several archetypes that we might reflect within our business and personal lives, Jay has narrowed it down to three: Explorer. Dreamer. Motivator.
As a leader, Jay understands where creatives might be on any given day and will take the time to listen and find opportunities to support or encourage when needed. On a professional level, it would be to view every creative challenge and operational protocol with an objective perspective to benefit the whole of the team, company, and client.
Jay’s passion, character and heartbeat are that “design matters.” Everything we see and touch has been designed. As we create, we need to see and know that it is good.
Outside of the workplace, you’ll find Jay on a mountain-bike trail, indoor archery range, racquetball court or with his wife walking “Rico” the fearless Chihuahua.
